I find it interesting that the advertising for the SIM Card Spy includes the following: “Executives can ensure their employees are not sending trade secrets or activity which can be harmful to the company.” Trade secrets? Via text messaging? My friend Lexis assures me that there have been no cases involving this problem yet (although text messages frequently do play a role in discovery). I’m guessing that most people who buy this aren’t looking for trade secrets…
